The terms below govern use of TheDivine Restro during the beta period. Please read them before applying for beta access.
TheDivine Restro is currently offered as a free beta to a limited number of restaurants (up to 50 at launch). Beta access is provided "as is," and features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops. Anthropic — sorry, we mean TheDivine{Restro} — will give reasonable notice before the beta period ends or paid pricing begins.
Beta access is intended for restaurants, cafés, and food service businesses submitting accurate information through our application form. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove any account from the beta at our discretion, including for misuse of the platform.
Because this is a beta product, occasional downtime, bugs, or incomplete features should be expected. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service during this period, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and to fix issues promptly.
There is no cost to participate in the beta program for the duration stated at signup. Any transition to a paid plan after the beta will be communicated in advance, and you will be free to discontinue use rather than move to a paid plan.
You retain ownership of your restaurant's data — menus, orders, and sales records. We use this data only to operate the service and improve the product, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Either party may end participation in the beta at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your restaurant's data within a reasonable period.
We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
