When you apply for beta access, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and restaurant name/location you submit through our form. Once onboarded, the platform stores the data you enter to run your restaurant — menu items, table layouts, staff logins, orders, and billing records.

• To contact you about your beta application and schedule onboarding.
• To operate the ordering, kitchen ticket, billing, and analytics features you use day to day.
• To improve the product based on how the beta group actually uses it.
• To send you important updates about the beta, such as changes to features or pricing.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't share your restaurant's data with other restaurants on the platform. Staff PINs and login details are visible only within your own account.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored on servers used to run the TheDivine Restro platform. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it, though as with any beta software, no system can be guaranteed completely fault-free.

5. Your choices

• You can request a copy of your restaurant's data at any time.
• You can ask us to delete your account and associated data if you leave the beta.
• You can opt out of non-essential communications while remaining on the platform.

6. Cookies

Our site may use basic cookies to remember your session and preferences. These are not used for third-party advertising.
